According to the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives," foreign companies that export feed and feed additives to China for the first time should apply for import registration with the Ministry of Agriculture and obtain an import registration certificate for feed and feed additives; if they have not obtained an import registration certificate, they must not be in China Domestic sales and use.

Not all feeds need MARA registration, usually include the following types:

● The single feeds

● Feed additives

● Pre-mixture

● Compound feed(inc.pet food)

● Concentrate feed

● Concentrate supplement

● Animal feedstuff

● Other protein feed, energy feed, and their mixture(not contain the mass feed raw materials, such as palm meals)
