3、To answer the legal questions related to the business in China conducted by enterprises and to prompt the legal risks;

4、To answer the legal questions on the registration and use of trademarks and intellectual products in China, and to protect the trademarks and brands of foreign enterprises registered in China's customs for the record of intellectual property rights;

5、To propose opinions on legal amendments to contracts between foreign enterprises and domestic agents, distributors and other enterprises;

6、To draft and issue lawyer's letter on other legal issues such as infringement and breach of contract with Chinese enterprises;

7、To answer other legal issues encountered by enterprises in China market.
